Zoning Verification Letter Request

Zoning Verification Letters are solely intended to verify the zoning district and permitted uses adopted by the City of Corinth for the subject property. Zoning Verification Letters shall not constitute an opinion or determination of the status of a property’s conformance with the City’s codes and regulations or a claim of nonconforming use status.

A $50 application fee will be required upon request of the Zoning Verification Letter.

For inquiries regarding Permits and Code Compliance, such as building permits, code violations, fire inspections, or other related permitting documents, please submit a Public Records Request.

For inquiries regarding Engineering and infrastructure documents, please submit a Record Drawing Request through the Engineering division.
