City Facility Rental Request

General Requirements:

  • These rooms (City Hall Council Chambers, City Hall Council Work session Room, and Public Safety Complex Training Room) are only available for rental by Home Owners Associations, other neighborhood associations, or public government entities. Other private entities are not eligible for renting City rooms.
  • If your organization falls into one of the above categories, please submit the request form below at least 30 days prior to your event, and you will be contacted within 3 business days about the availability of the space. You will then be notified to submit payment for the room per the directions below. 

Renters may pay:

  • In-person by cash, check, or credit card at City Hall (3300 Corinth Parkway Corinth, TX 76208)
  • Over the phone with a credit card by calling the Utility Billing Department at (940) 498-3200
  • Mail by sending a check to Corinth City Hall Utility Department, 3300 Corinth Parkway Corinth, TX 76208

Rental Fees:

  • The base hourly rate for renting city rooms is $50 per hour, increased in half-hour increments. There is a one-hour minimum requirement.
  • If Audio Visual Equipment is requested, a surcharge of $25 per hour is added for the duration of the rental.

Facility Availability:

  • City Hall rooms will be available on the following days and times:
    Tuesday/Wednesday, 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
  • Public Safety Complex rooms will be available on the following days and times:
    Monday-Thursday, 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
