Fire Hydrant Meter Application

Fire hydrant meters are for construction purposes only, they are not to be used for residential needs (Example: filling a swimming pool).
Fire hydrant meters require a deposit of $2500.00 as specified in the Code of Ordinances.
The minimum bill per month is based on the current adopted rate for a 3” meter.
The City will set the meter at the location specified on the application and the applicant must notify the City if the fire hydrant meter needs to be relocated.
When the account is closed the deposit will be applied to the account. The difference will be paid by the customer, credit balances will be refunded by the City.
