Fire Hydrant Meter Application
Please Note Effective March 15, 2023: You agree, in order for us to service your account or to collect any amounts you may owe, we may contact you by telephone at any telephone number associated with your account, including wireless telephone numbers, which could result in charges to you. We may also contact you by sending text messages or emails, using any email address you provide us. - I/We have read this disclosure and agree that City of Corinth may contact me/us as described above.
- Fire hydrant meters are for construction purposes only, they are not to be used for residential needs (Example: filling a swimming pool).
- Fire hydrant meters require a deposit of $2500.00 as specified in the Code of Ordinances.
- The minimum bill per month is based on the current adopted rate for a 3” meter.
- The City will set the meter at the location specified on the application and the applicant must notify the City if the fire hydrant meter needs to be relocated.
- When the account is closed the deposit will be applied to the account. The difference will be paid by the customer, credit balances will be refunded by the City.
