CORINTH PARTNERS WITH CITIBOT TO LAUNCH ENGAGEMENT PLATFORM
CORINTH, TX, August 31, 2021- The City of Corinth today announced its new automated customer service platform, Corinth Citibot. Using text messages, residents can quickly and easily get answers to their questions, find information on various City services, submit service requests or send a message to City staff 24/7. The platform was developed with the latest AI-driven chatbot technology, allowing the City to automate and scale its customer service efforts to help with the day-to-day needs of both staff and residents.
To start a conversation with Corinth Citibot’s text message service, Corinth residents can text the word “Hello” to (855) 615-2689. Corinth Citibot immediately responds with a short greeting explaining the ways residents can use the service and includes an opt-in link to sign up for text alerts.
Citibot can also be found on the City’s website, where both desktop and mobile users will notice the feature on the bottom right section of their browser window. Clicking on the icon launches a chat window, greeting residents and prompting them to enter their questions or service requests.

We have already seen an increase in activity since we launched the program a few weeks ago and are excited about adding this as one of our platforms. ”
