CITY OF CORINTH RELEASES NEW LOGO
Corinth, TX, June 3, 2019 - The City of Corinth rolled out its new logo that will build upon the current brand by creating a unique and timeless logo to represent the City. The city is initiating the new branding to help enhance its communications and emphasize the positive attributes of Corinth.
The City’s new logo pulls its inspiration from the Corinthian style architecture throughout City Hall. It was the City's goal to create something that feels modern and forward-looking while honoring the City's history. The logo’s simple design allows for a variety of creative applications using art and photography and retained the colors of red and blue that represents energy, strength, trust and stability.
“Our former logo served us well for many years,” stated Bob Hart, City Manager. "The new logo is bold, timeless, and representative of our emerging community. This is an exciting time in Corinth. We feel the logo will help us communicate more effectively and build a sense of pride within our community."
Corinth is experiencing a wave of positive change with the development of the Strategic Plan in 2018 focused on attracting quality development, regional cooperation, and citizen engagement. The new branding provides a modern, streamlined look for the City that will position us in the best possible light for potential visitors, residents, and economic investors for years to come.
New branding will immediately be implemented in Corinth's marketing materials. The logo's on the vehicles will be replaced on June 3rd and 4th, and all other facilities and equipment will be updated with the new logo as they age or are repaired over the next few years.
