Human Resources

The Human Resources Department works in partnership with the City’s Management Staff to effectively utilize and manage the organization’s employee workforce and human resources. 

The HR Department administers the employee benefits program, worker's compensation, risk management, employee relations, compensation / classification, training and policy development.
