General Election

The City of Corinth General Election will be held on Saturday, May 3, 2025.

Please view the attached documents for filing for a Place on the Ballot for the 2025 General Election.

Candidate qualifications are as follows:

Shall be a qualified voter
Shall be at least twenty-one (21) years of age
Shall have resided in the City for 12 months immediately preceding the election
Shall not be employed by the City
Shall meet all other eligibility requirements of the Texas Election Code

First day to file for a place on the ballot - Wednesday, January 15, 2025 Last day to file for a place on the ballot - Friday, February 14, 2025 Last Day to register to vote - Thursday, April 3, 2025 Early Voting - Monday, April 21 - Tuesday, April 29, 2025 Last Day to accept an Application for Ballot by Mail - Tuesday, April 22, 2025 Election Day - Saturday, May 3, 2025

Voting Information

During Early Voting, residents may vote at any location within Denton County.

On Election Day, residents must vote at their assigned precinct. Precincts 2071, 2072, 2073, 3160, and 2074.
