Low-Flow Toilet Upgrade Rebate Form
Program Eligibility and Guidelines
- Eligibility is limited to residential homes only; commercial properties are not eligible.
- Applicant must currently own a home built in 2006 or earlier and have a City of Corinth water utility account in good standing for the property where the toilet(s) were installed.
- Applicant is responsible for purchase, installation, and disposal.
- Applications must be completed and received by the City of Corinth within 90 days of completing installation and must have itemized sales receipts.
- Only new, WaterSense labeled high efficiency (1.28 gallons per flush or less) toilets are eligible for a rebate. The list of WaterSense labeled high efficiency toilets is available on the EPA WaterSense website.
- Approved rebates shall be mailed in the form of a check.
- Applications are processed in the order that they are received on a first-come, first-served basis, and can take up to 30 days to process.
- If required documentation has not been provided, rebate will be denied.
- The City of Corinth reserves the right to terminate or modify the water conservation rebate/incentive program at any time
- The City of Corinth will issue a check in the following amounts if rebate is approved:
- $100 for the 1st high efficiency toilet
- $75 for the 2nd high efficiency toilet
- $50 for the 3rd high efficiency toilet
