Sealed Bids will be received by the City of Corinth, Texas from qualified prospective bidders at the office of the Purchasing Agent until 10:00 AM, CDT June 24, 2022, for Transit Oriented (TOD) Agora District Street & Utility Improvements.  The work includes paving, drainage, and utility improvements on:

Main Street (Corinth Parkway to Walton Drive)
Agora Way (North Corinth Street to Main Street)
North Corinth Street (Corinth Parkway to Walton Drive)
Single-Lane Roundabout (at Walton Drive)

An optional Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 10:00 AM, June 2nd at 3300 Corinth Parkway, Corinth, TX 76208. This conference is for the purpose of interpretation for bidding Contractors of Contract Documents, including plans and specifications, for construction of the project.
