CITY STAFF ENCOURAGES REPORT A CONCERN SYSTEM DUE TO HIGH DEMAND OF CALLS

CORINTH, TX, February 15, 2021- Due to the extremely high demand of services caused by this weekends inclement weather, city staff is working around the clock to provide relief to our community. We encourage everyone facing water line breakages, pressure issues, or other water related problems to utilize our Report a Concern Center issue. Please use the issue marked as "Water Lines/Broken Lines/ Pressure" to ensure your issue is received. 

Our crews have received an influx of calls, and in order to more efficiently provide service, we ask that you submit your issue through this platform, and cases will be handled in a timely fashion.
