This event will be held from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 3, 2022 at Corinth Community Park. This community build is part of an ongoing project kicked off by local Girl Scout, Piper Davison.
Piper’s project is to build a Dog Park in the Corinth Community Park. Piper has been a Girl Scout for 10 years and has earned her Bronze and Silver Awards. She is working towards a Gold Award which is the highest and most prestigious award a Girl Scout can earn.
The community build will include fence, and concrete installation for the park. Volunteers can sign up for a morning or afternoon shift at the event. Breakfast, lunch and water will be provided. Safety gear such as closed to shoes, googles or glasses, and sunscreen are recommended for volunteers!
Donations will help fund specific items needed for the dog park such as separate fenced areas for small and large dogs, a third fenced area to rotate between small/large dogs during routine maintenance of the other two areas, dog fountains, waste stations, benches, and signage.
