The City of Corinth’s Right of Way (ROW) Management is responsible for a variety of permits related to construction and non-construction activities within the City’s infrastructure. In order to ensure public safety and mobility, permits are required to operate in the City’s ROW. Through permitting, we ensure that all construction activities are well coordinated and impacts are mitigated to reduce public inconvenience, guarantee proper street repair and ensure all regulations are enforced appropriate
Before any construction can take place in the City’s ROW or easements, a contractor must:
- Register with the City as a Right of Way contractor;
- Obtain an approved City ROW permit; and
- Complete ALL City water, sewer, utilities and traffic line locates.
To apply for a ROW Permit please utilize our online Civic Access application. Instructions to use Civic Access here.
* The approved ROW permit and accompanying approved plans MUST always REMAIN on the job site while the permit work is in progress. *
