CORINTH LAUNCHES PROPERTY RESIDENTIAL ENHANCEMENT PROGRAM

CORINTH, TX, April 25, 2024 – The City of Corinth has launched a Property Residential Enhancement Program (PREP) that allows homeowners to receive financial assistance through a grant-rebate to assist with exterior repairs to their home.

PREP strives to enhance neighborhood vitality by providing funding assistance for community improvement and engagement programs that help neighborhoods thrive. The program supports a partnership between the City of Corinth and residential homeowners by providing reimbursable grants that aim to improve and enhance households, as well as create a shared sense of community in a neighborhood.

The program is designed to improve the City of Corinth’s community vitality by addressing residential properties that are in despair and aid homeowners to make essential repairs when they lack sufficient resources. PREP grants are available as long as funds for the program are available.

Program guidelines, a list of eligible and ineligible repairs, and the PREP application can be found by visiting the PREP webpage. Applications may be submitted online and will be reviewed by City Staff. Please anticipate 8-10 business days for application review.
