CORINTH BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS ACCEPTING VOLUNTEER APPLICATIONS

Corinth, TX, July 7, 2020 - The City of Corinth is seeking highly motivated volunteers dedicated to shaping the future of our community. There are numerous positions available on seven boards and commissions, each providing a vital service to Corinth’s residents and stakeholders.

The City is accepting applications through August 31.  Applicants must have resided in Corinth for at least six months, be registered to vote in Corinth, and agree to serve a two-year term to qualify. The Mayor and City Council appoint the board and commission members.

Corinth City Boards and Commissions are as follows:
·        Board of Adjustment
·        Board of Construction Appeals
·        Corinth Economic Development Corporation
·        Ethics Committee
·        Finance Audit Committee
·        Keep Corinth Beautiful
·        Parks and Recreation Board
·        Planning and Zoning Commission
