LAKE CITIES FIRE DEPARTMENT WELCOMES NEW FIRE PREVENTION SPECIALIST
Corinth, TX, July 3, 2019 - Fire Prevention Specialist David Rodriguez joined the Lake Cities Fire Department on June 3, 2019. He has served over 15 years in the fire service with 12 years with the Eagle Pass Fire Department. He started his carrier as a Firefighter/ EMT and worked his way into fire prevention which consists of Fire Inspections, Fire Investigations and Fire Prevention. He is a member of the International Association of Arson Investigators and was part of the Tarrant County Arson Investigator Association.

I will continue to build on the fire and life safety foundation that has been established for the communities and help to make it safer for the residents and guest.” stated Fire Prevention Specialist Rodriguez.
FPS Rodriguez holds multiple State Certifications including Master Fire Fighter, Master Arson Investigator and Master Fire Inspector. He is also Certified Texas Peace Officer. Being part of the Lake Cities Fire Department, he will continue to maintain and help exceed fire and life safety prevention of the community. He will be overseeing Fire Prevention, Life Safety, Public Education and Investigations within the communities of Hickory Creek, Shady Shores, Lake Dallas and Corinth.
