TXDOT TO CLEAR LAND IN ANTICIPATION OF NEW ROAD PROJECT

Preparations are being made to begin a project to extend FM 2499 from FM 2181to I-35E in Corinth, Denton County.

Crews are scheduled to begin clearing the area from FM 2181 to State School Road this week and while there will be no lane closures, citizens can expect equipment traffic and tree removal activity behind the adjacent neighborhood.
